Return & Exchange Policy

1- Eligibility:

  • Orders from GCC: Exchange and return available, 1 time within 7 days of receipt.
  • Orders outside GCC: Final sale, no exchange or return.

2- Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products listed as Non-refundable.
  • All kinds of shapewear, body-hugging garments, intimate and health products, personal care products, underwear, and lingerie.
  • Gift cards and free gifts.

3- Before Shipping:

  • Change/cancel an order within 3 hours of placement and before 02:00 PM Mecca time or 03:00 PM Dubai time on working days.

4- Product Condition:

  • Must be unused, untried, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. "We cannot accept items that have been worn, tried, washed, or altered in any way".

    5- Fees:

    • Customer pays shipping costs for return/exchange in advance (otherwise, the customer can send the order to the company address and provide a tracking number).
    • Return: 30 SAR
    • Exchange: 45 SAR (return & send the replacement)

    6- Return & Exchange Process:

    • Use the same packaging type as when you received the order to avoid damage. whether it is a bag or a box. (mandatory), otherwise damaged  product resent to customer automatically without prior notification.
    • Deliver the shipment to the nearest Aramex/SMSA office or arrange pickup.
    • Shipping from customer to warehouse: 3-6 working days.
    • Processed within 24h upon arrival at the warehouse.
    • Eligible products: replacement sent in 3-6 working days, or refund to original payment method within 7-15 working days.
    • Ineligible returns (not in original condition): The product will be resent to the customer automatically without prior notification.
    • Duties and VAT deducted from refund.

    7- Refunds and Customs:

    • Refusal to Pay Customs Duties/Taxes: If customs duties or taxes imposed by the customer's country are refused, the shipment may be returned. In such cases, all fees paid, including shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes, will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be returned or issued as a voucher.
    • If the shipment is refused or the customer does not respond to the shipping company, resulting in the shipment being "destroyed," no refund will be eligible.
    • If the shipment is refused or the customer does not respond to the shipping company, resulting in the shipment being "returned," all fees paid, including shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes, will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be returned or issued as a voucher.
