1. Eligibility

• VIP Membership ("VIP") is offered by METRO BRAZIL ("we", "our") to retail customers shopping on metrobrazil.com and our official mobile apps within the Gulf Cooperation Council ("GCC") region.

2. Qualification

• A customer qualifies for VIP status by spending a cumulative total of at least  1,000 SAR or equivalent in supported GCC currencies (including VAT, after discounts, shipping excluded) within any continuous twelve‑month period ("Qualification Period").
• Qualifying spend must be made under one customer account identified by a single email address.

3. Maintaining VIP Status

• VIP status is valid for twelve (12) months from the date it is first awarded the ("VIP") status.
• If the qualifying spend drops below SAR 1,000 during any rolling twelve‑month window, VIP benefits will automatically expire at the end of the current VIP Year.

4. Using Your VIP Account

• Purchases must be made while signed in with the same email address used to earn VIP status. Orders placed as a guest or with a different email will not count toward qualification.
• VIP benefits (discount codes, early‑access links, gifts, etc.) are non‑transferable and may only be redeemed by the account holder.
• Customers may check their VIP status from the "Account" section, the mobile app, or via the VIP page.

5. Benefits

• Current VIP benefits may include, but are not limited to: exclusive discount tiers, early access to sales, complimentary premium delivery, birthday rewards, and priority customer support.
• Free Premium Delivery for VIP members has no minimum order quantity or maximum order value and is only valid for orders shipped to GCC countries.
• Cashback Credit for orders above 350 SAR
• Benefits are subject to change at our sole discretion. We will publish any changes on our website at least 14 days in advance.

6. Misuse & Abuse

• We may revoke VIP status, cancel benefits, or close accounts if we identify any misuse, unauthorized resale, or actions that go against the intended use of the programme.

7. Termination & Changes

• METRO BRAZIL may amend, suspend, or terminate the VIP programme or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted to our website.

• Personal information collected for VIP is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
